Common questions
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Tale Virtues, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used when you originally bought the unlock. Apple will re-grant access automatically.
My purchase isn't showing up — what do I do?
First, try Restore Purchases in Settings. If that doesn't help, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still stuck? Email us at fairy@talevirtues.com and we'll sort it out.
Can I use Tale Virtues on more than one device?
Yes. Any device signed into the same Apple ID can restore the purchase for free using the Restore Purchases button in Settings.
How do I turn off or change my daily reminder?
Open the app, go to Settings, and toggle the Daily Virtue Reminder. You can also change the time there, or turn notifications off entirely in your iPhone's system Settings app under Tale Virtues.
Does Tale Virtues support Family Sharing?
Yes. If you have Family Sharing set up on your Apple account, anyone in your family group can use the unlocked decks without paying again. Make sure Family Sharing is enabled in your iPhone's Settings app, then have each family member open Tale Virtues and tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
How do I clear my favorites or reset the app?
Deleting and reinstalling the app removes all locally stored data, including favorites, your last-opened card, and your reminder preference. There's no cloud sync, so this is permanent.
